The greatest problem experienced in the tourism sector which goes through a rapid development process in the recent years in Turkey is the difficulty in the employment of qualified personnel trained on its field.
With the protocol agreement made by Fethiye Vocational Training Center in 2001, LykiaGroup founded the LykiaWorld Vocational Training Center with the aim of meeting the need for trained personnel in its sector and bring in the young people to the tourism sector.
