Abhyanga
Targeting the arterial, lymphatic and nerve systems through special massage techniques this treatment promotes intense relaxation.

Shirodhara
A treatment used to relax the mind and help tackle insomnia and stress through careful targeting of the nervous system by dripping special oil enriched with nectar on the forehead for a set period of time.

Shiroabhyanga
A unique combination of Abhyanga and Shirodora. It affects the nervous system in a positive manner providing mental and physical relaxation. It also removes the negative energy from the body.

Thai Massage
A full body massage applied without oil through effective pressure on energy points throughout the body. The stretching actions of yoga are also used to promote energy flow in the body and relaxation at the joints.

Natural Thai Skin Care
A traditional skin care treatment applied with a mixture of natural ingredients (almond powder, cucumber, honey, oats, milk, etc.).

Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a massage applied to certain points on the body for purposes such as balancing the energy. Pressure is applied using fingers and various parts of the body on certain points and the skin is moved over the underlying tissue during the massage.
