Process Of Employment

The starting point of our Performance Management System is to ensure that our employees plan their actions with the defined work targets, increase their efficiency with the support from their managers, and detect any aspects with regard to their needs for development if any.

With the Performance Management System we determine the aspects in respect of the potential of our employees for better development, and support their training for senior tasks.

In order to facilitate the achievement to the specified targets, all of our employees are evaluated by using an open evaluation system, our employees are provided with feedbacks relating to their respective performance tracks, and outputs of the system are assessed as a data for the Training and Career Development System.
