- To start the membership, our guests will need to sign up for the Repeat Guest Program themselves 2 days before checking out during their stay at LykiaGroup facilities.
- Members of our Repeat Guest Program may combine their Lykia Bonus Points earned from accommodation with the points they have earned for extra expenditures.
- Members of our Repeat Guest Program may use a part of their Lykia Bonus Points during their next visit and/or continue earning points during their next vacation, depending on their wish.
- Room upgrades are subject to the availability of rooms.
- Members of our Repeat Guest Program shall have to spend Lykia Bonus Points they have earned within 2 years. After the period of 2 years, the points earned shall be automatically deleted.
- Extra points may be awarded during some special periods.
- Lykia Bonus Points cannot be directly purchased.
- The points you have used shall not be refunded if the online booking is canceled.
- LykiaGroup reserves its right to made amendments relating to the Repeat Guest Program and the Lykia Bonus Points system.
