LykiaWorld Manager of the Future Program
"The LykiaWorld Manager of the Future Program" is a system which enables the Organization train its own manager based on its own internal resources, and set it as a target to fill the vacant managerial positions from inside the Organization.
To this end, the Organization also contributes the career development of its employees by supporting their personal development.
There are two different program carried out within the body of LykiaGroup; namely JMT (Junior Management Trainee) and SMT (Senior Management Trainee). The employees participating in the training activities within the program start to work in the specified tasks when they are found successful, and develop their careers thus becoming candidate managers within the framework or their respective managerial capabilities.
